• The Assistant Bar Manager is responsible for assisting the Bar Manager in supervising the day-to-day operations of Edge Pool Bar, The Junction bar, and outlet bar pantry.
• Focus on achieving bar profitability through revenue generation, monitoring cost controls, implementing brand standards, and achieving guest and team member satisfaction targets.
• Responsible for training mixologists or bartenders, developing trendy cocktails, analyzing business growth, and making recommendations to the Bar Manager.
• Supervise the functioning of the entire operation of the Pool Bar, lounge, and outlet bar pantry.
• Ensure guest issues are addressed, brand standards are maintained, bar facilities and equipment are well-maintained and clean, and sales and costs are monitored to maximize departmental profit.
• Control and analyze ongoing operations to optimize quality of product and service, guest satisfaction, operating costs, and sanitation (HACCP/FSMS).
• Coordinate and supervise the preparation, presentation, and service of food to ensure the highest quality at all times.
