Job summary

DPD UK is recruiting a Depot Quality Manager to lead quality, audits and compliance across the depot network. You will analyse operational data, drive improvements, and coach depot teams to deliver a customer-first service while meeting ISO, H&S and transport requirements.

You will work with the depot management team to implement new processes, manage training, and ensure compliance with CPC and O Licence standards, supporting continuous improvement and safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of quality, audits and compliance within a transport setting; CPC and O Licence awareness is a plus.
• Confident communicator with ability to lead, motivate and manage high performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive quality and compliance within the depot by maintaining and improving standards.
• Run, analyse and interpret operational data to produce daily, weekly and monthly reports; identify and resolve non-conformance.
• Improve and maintain a customer-first approach in all depot operations.
• Monitor and review depot/admin compliance of H&S, HR, ODF, Transport, Recruitment, ISO, Audits and Environmental.
• Coordinate training and onboarding with depot admin team support and on-the-job training.
