Job summary

Holt Recruitment Group seeks a Depot Plant Fitter in West Bromwich to service, maintain, and repair a range of plant machinery, supporting customers across the region both on-site and in the field.

Role involves diagnosing faults, servicing breakdowns, and performing regular inspections with a focus on safety and customer service. A driving licence and NVQ Level 2 are preferred, and there is clear progression in a main dealer environment.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) ideally.
• Previous experience working on plant, agricultural, or similar equipment.
• Full UK driving licence.

Rota: Monday - Friday - DAYS

The Role

As a Depot Plant Fitter, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing a range of advanced plant machinery, supporting customers across the region both on-site and in the field.

• Servicing breakdowns and scheduled maintenance on customer sites
• Carrying out routine servicing and compliance inspections
• Providing a high level of technical support and customer service

About You

• Previous experience working on plant, agricultural, or similar equipment
• Strong fault-finding skills across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) ideally
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to work independently and represent the business professionally
