Modern Milkman is seeking a Depot Associate in Wellingborough to keep the depot running smoothly. You will handle stock, prepare orders, and support yard and safety duties to ensure on-time despatch.

Responsibilities include stock counts, correct order picking, and maintaining compliance with waste and safety guidelines. The role reports to the Depot Manager and Driver Team Leader and offers a robust benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Stock Handling & Order Preparation: Receive, move, and store stock accurately; pick and stage customer orders; ensure drivers receive correct orders on time.
• Yard & Asset Management: Maintain a clean, safe yard; manage returnable assets; prepare space for deliveries and despatch.
• Compliance & Safety Execution: Complete daily checks; follow food safety and health & safety procedures; report hazards and maintain records.
