Job summary

Go Traffic Management Limited in Redditch is seeking a Depot Manager to run day-to-day depot activities, coordinate with the Regional Manager, and ensure profitable, safe operations.

You will supervise operatives, enforce safety audits, manage logs, and maintain strong client relations to meet KPI targets and service standards.

Qualifications

• Lantra qualifications required for depot operations.
• Experience reading and relaying information on utility drawings.
• Auditing experience or training qualifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee depot daily operations to meet KPI targets.
• Maintain safety/compliance through site checks and logs.
• Coordinate with Regional Manager on recruitment and induction.
• Manage asset stock, maintenance scheduling, and repairs.
• Prepare weekly reports and participate in P&L discussions.
• Liaise with clients to ensure service standards.
