Job summary

Go Traffic Management Limited seeks an Assistant Depot Manager to oversee daily depot operations at Crooklands, reporting to the Depot Manager to meet client KPI targets and maintain profitability and safety.

You will supervise operatives, ensure safety and compliance, manage vehicle checks, audits and reporting, and coordinate with clients to maintain strong working relationships and efficient site operations.

Qualifications

• Lantra 12A, B, C and D, 002, 010 qualifications.
• Lantra LTMO or TSCO preferred.
• Full clean driving license required.
• Experience reading and relaying information on Utility Drawings.
• Experience using CAD to generate TM drawings.
• Auditing experience or training qualifications an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operatives to maintain high work standards.
• Update Ops Board and Insphire to track tasks electronically.
• Carry out Mod+ site checks for safety and compliance.
• Perform daily vehicle checks and weekly fleet reviews.
• Complete log books for IPV & 7.5T vehicle activity.
• Complete weekly yard check for LRQA and client compliance.
• Support staff recruitment, induction, training and reviews.
• Liaise with clients and drive timely site queries resolution.
