Job summary

Greenergy is seeking a Depot Operations Manager for the Hythe site in the United Kingdom. You will oversee all aspects of depot performance, from scheduling and resource planning to safety, budgeting and service delivery, ensuring high standards for customer deliveries.

The role combines people leadership with commercial responsibility, driving continuous improvement, cost efficiencies, and strong cross-functional collaboration with commercial and logistics teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in depot, transport or logistics operations management (fuels/hazards desirable).
• Strong planning and organisational skills.
• Knowledge of SHEQ regulations and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure depot compliance with company policies, SHEQ standards, and legal requirements.
• Lead, develop and manage the depot team, including drivers.
• Deliver timely, accurate, safe fuel deliveries and resolve service issues with teams.
• Manage depot budget, cost controls and KPIs; drive cost efficiencies.
• Provide strong leadership and foster an inclusive, high-performing culture.
