Greenergy Flexigrid Ltd. is seeking a Depot Operations Manager to lead depot performance across safety, cost, and service delivery. You will oversee scheduling, resource planning, and team leadership to ensure high standards of execution.

You will drive continuous improvement, manage budgets, and collaborate with commercial and logistics teams to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction. A strong background in depot/transport operations and SHEQ compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in depot, transport, or logistics operations management.
• Strong understanding of SHEQ regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience managing teams including drivers in a unionised or safety-critical environment.
• Excellent investigation skills.
• Excellent planning, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen with ability to manage budgets and drive cost efficiencies.
• Effective communicator with leadership and interpersonal skills.
• ADR CPC certification (advantageous)

Responsibilities

• Safety & Compliance: Ensure depot operates in full compliance with company policies, SHEQ standards and legal requirements.
• Operational Leadership: Lead and develop depot team, oversee scheduling, resource planning and cost management.
• Customer Service: Deliver on the customer promise with timely, accurate, and safe fuel deliveries; collaborate to resolve service issues.
• Financial & Cost Control: Manage depot budget, cost controls and KPIs; seek cost-effective solutions.
• People Management: Provide leadership and development for the depot operations team and drivers; foster an inclusive, high-performing culture.
