Greenergy is seeking a Depot Operations Manager for the Hythe site in the United Kingdom. You will oversee all aspects of depot performance, from scheduling and resource planning to safety, budgeting and service delivery, ensuring high standards for customer deliveries.

The role combines people leadership with commercial responsibility, driving continuous improvement, cost efficiencies, and strong cross-functional collaboration with commercial and logistics teams.

Qualifications

Greenergy Flexigrid manages over 500 deliveries per day and operates out of over 20 depots nationwide, making over 182,000 deliveries to 3,100 customers each year. Join us as **Depot Operations Manager** and take the lead in delivering safe, efficient and customer-focused depot operations. You'll oversee all aspects of depot performance, from resource planning and team leadership through to compliance, budgeting and service delivery, ensuring customers receive a consistently high standard of service. We're looking for an experienced operations professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing people leadership with operational and commercial responsibilities.
