phs Greenleaf in Laleham, Middlesex, is seeking an Operations Support Lead to help run the depot day-to-day, delivering service excellence and customer satisfaction through coordinated activities and hands-on leadership.

Reporting to the Depot Operations Manager, you will assist with stock movements, installation planning, audits, route planning and team support to maximise efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in operational, logistics, service delivery, facilities management or field-based environments.
• Strong organisational skills to coordinate multiple activities and priorities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with customers and colleagues at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Support the Depot Operations Manager with day-to-day delivery of customer services across the depot.
• Coordinate installation planning, stock movements, deliveries and activities to ensure service delivery.
• Conduct site audits, support issue resolution and maintain high-quality standards.
• Manage plant stock, yard operations and ensure materials meet customer requirements.
• Support route planning, scheduling and technician briefings to maximise efficiency.
