Reporting to the Depot Operations Manager, you will assist with stock movements, installation planning, audits, route planning and team support to maximise efficiency.

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Depot Support Lead to join phs Greenleaf.

Reporting to the Depot Operations Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the depot, helping to ensure service excellence, operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. This is a varied and hands-on role that combines operational coordination, stock management, installation planning and team support.

The Depot Support Lead role at phs Greenleaf will involve:

• Supporting the Depot Operations Manager with the day-to-day delivery of customer services across the depot


• Coordinating installation planning, stock movements, deliveries and operational activities to ensure excellent service delivery


• Conducting site audits, supporting customer issue resolution and maintaining high-quality standards


• Managing plant stock, greenhouse and yard operations to ensure products and materials are available to meet customer requirements


• Supporting route planning, scheduling activities and technician briefings to maximise operational efficiency and customer satisfaction

The ideal candidate for a Depot Support Lead at phs Greenleaf will have:

• Experience within an operational, logistics, service delivery, facilities management or field-based environment


• Strong organisational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple activities and manage competing priorities


• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with customers and colleagues at all levels


• A proactive and customer-focused approach to problem solving


• Good understanding of Health & Safety requirements within an operational environment


• Experience carrying out audits, quality checks or operational reviews


• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high standards


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational management systems


• The ability to work independently whilst supporting wider team objectives


• A flexible approach and willingness to support business continuity across different depot functions

Desirable:

• Experience within interiorscape, horticulture, landscaping, grounds maintenance or facilities management environments


• Telehandler certification or experience operating depot equipment
