phs Greenleaf is seeking an Operations Support Lead to join our depot team in Laleham, Middlesex. The role focuses on overseeing day-to-day operations, coordinating installation planning, stock movements and customer service excellence.

Reporting to the Depot Operations Manager, you will ensure smooth operation, audits, and compliance across activities. You will support route planning, technician scheduling and daily team briefings, driving productivity and client satisfaction while maintaining

Qualifications

• Experience in operational, logistics, service delivery, facilities management or field-based environments.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with customers and colleagues.
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach and commitment to customer experience.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety requirements in operations.
• Experience conducting audits or quality checks.

Responsibilities

• Support the Depot Operations Manager in delivering outstanding service across the depot operation.
• Coordinate installation schedules, stock movements, deliveries and operational activities for efficient service delivery.
• Carry out site audits, quality inspections and assist in resolving customer issues.
• Manage plant stock levels, greenhouse operations and yard activities to meet customer requirements.
• Support route planning, technician scheduling and daily team briefings to maximise productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Promote and maintain high standards of health, safety, quality and environmental compliance.
• Act as a point of support for depot colleagues and contribute to continuous operational improvement.
