Job summary

AO is seeking a Depot Supervisor in Newport to oversee warehouse operations and manage delivery logistics. You will ensure that vehicles are compliant and effectively support a team of Drivers.

• Capability to make decisions in the absence of the Depot Manager.
• Experience in supervising a team and managing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that warehouse operations run smoothly.
• Liaise with Drivers for effective delivery management.
• Monitor delivery performance throughout the day.
• Support training for new starters on safety procedures.
• Manage vehicle compliance and complete minor repairs.
