Job summary

Lanes Group requires a depot operations professional for our Camberley location. You will oversee depot standards, manage stock and ensure HSE compliance while coordinating deliveries and vehicle movement.

The role offers a permanent, full-time schedule with 50 hours per week and a salary of £38,585 per annum. Prior experience in utilities/warehousing is beneficial, with IOSH/First Aid as desirable qualifications.

Qualifications

• A full UK driving licence is required.
• Desirable: IOSH or First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee depot standards and housekeeping to maintain tidy, compliant operations.
• Maintain accurate stock records, including deliveries, returns and discrepancies.
• Ensure health and safety compliance, PPE handling, and regular safety checks.
• Coordinate loading/unloading of stock and vehicle movements within the depot.
• Lead continuous improvement projects to streamline depot operations and reduce downtime.
• Generate reports on stock movements, depot performance and compliance.
• Be familiar with Lanes Group policies and contribute to a safe working environment.
