Kevin Edward Associates is working with a leading powered access hire business in Wakefield to recruit an experienced Depot Manager. You will lead the depot, drive commercial performance and deliver outstanding customer service.

You will manage a team across sales, operations and service, own the P&L, and identify opportunities to grow revenue while maintaining safety and efficiency. This is a challenging autonomous role with potential for progression within a respected equipment rental group.

• Lead, motivate and develop the depot team across sales, operations and service.
• Drive revenue growth through new business opportunities and existing relationships.
• Ensure depot operates safely and to the highest standards.
