Nationwide Platforms Ltd. is seeking a Depot Manager for the Blackburn depot to lead operations, drive profitability, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will guide a hands-on team, maintain strong customer relationships and ensure safe, efficient operations.

This leadership role requires a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to coach and develop staff while meeting revenue targets and improving performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in depot/branch/logistics or customer-facing operations.
• Experience managing budgets and delivering profitable growth.
• Strong customer relationships and local business development skills.
