Nationwide Platforms Ltd in Scunthorpe is seeking an experienced Depot Manager to lead our local depot operation, deliver outstanding customer service and drive profitability.

You will manage budgets, build relationships with customers, coach your team and ensure safety and compliance, with the autonomy to run your own depot.

As Depot Manager at our Scunthorpe depot, you'll be responsible for leading a successful local depot operation, delivering outstanding customer service while driving operational performance, profitability and growth.

This is a visible, hands-on leadership role where you'll be right in the thick of the action. You'll build strong customer relationships, lead from the front and create a culture where every colleague keeps the customer at the heart of what we do.

In return you will receive a salary from £45,000 DOE, Company car or cash allowance of £7,900, BUPA Private Medical Care, 25 days annual leave plus back holidays, Life Assurance, Auto Enrolment Pension scheme and Lifestyle Benefits – Discounts on selected high street stores.
