Your Role as Depot Manager

Your role will be to ensure your customers receive excellent service at your depot. You will need to manage and motivate your team to meet depot targets. There will be opportunities to build sales and profits while also generating new customers. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring the depot operates effectively by managing stock, utilizing vehicles properly, and ensuring all employees complete mandatory safety training.
