Job summary

Holt Recruitment are supporting a growing Plant Hire company with the appointment of a Depot Manager in Wolverhampton. You will oversee day-to-day service operations and lead a team to deliver best-in-class customer service.

The role demands a proven track record in plant/construction, strong leadership, and a full UK driving licence. Salary is £50,000–£55,000 plus a company car; a pension, life assurance, and generous holiday are included, with a performance bonus opportunity.

• Depot Manager background is essential.

Holt Recruitment are currently working with a successful and growing Plant Hire company, seeking an experienced Depot Manager to join their team.

The Role

As Depot Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a best-in-industry service to customers and clients, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the depot's service operation.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing absence, rotas and holidays for depot service staff
• Understanding and managing customer expectations while delivering excellent service
• Checking and processing information from engineers, progressing repairs through to payment via warranty systems and external invoicing
• Overseeing the overall smooth running of the service operation
