Job summary

Falcon Group is seeking a practical and reliable Depot Grounds and Maintenance Operative to join the Construction and Maintenance Department at the Shipdham Depot in Norfolk. You will help maintain grounds, buildings, entrances, walkways and car parks to ensure a clean, tidy and safe environment.

The role involves supporting the Construction Team with painting, restoration and maintenance across locations. A full UK driving licence is required, and comprehensive training and development are

Qualifications

Experience in grounds maintenance, construction, facilities, maintenance or general labouring environment.
Experience using basic hand and power tools safely.
Good understanding of maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to other locations when required.

Responsibilities

Maintain a clean, tidy and safe environment across the Depot, including grounds, buildings, entrances, walkways and car parks.
Support the Construction Team with general labouring, painting, restoration and maintenance projects at various locations.
Work outdoors using hand and power tools and travel to other sites as needed.
