Job summary

Stagecoach Cambridge Depot is seeking a Property Maintenance Person at our Cambridge depot, with responsibilities spanning maintenance, decorating and equipment repairs. You will work under the Engineering Manager to keep depots safe and well-maintained for staff and engineers.

The role requires a full UK driving licence, reliability and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Training and a company vehicle are provided where needed.

Qualifications

• You must have a full UK driving licence.
• Demonstrate ability to carry out DIY repairs.
• Ideally have a relevant qualification with knowledge of electrical/plumbing systems and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out small maintenance and DIY repairs including heating and plumbing.
• Maintain and decorate buildings including offices and work spaces.
• Carry out repairs to plant and equipment.
• Carry out scheduled PAT testing.
