Job summary

Falcon Group is seeking a practical, reliable Maintenance Operative to join the Shipdham Depot team. You will maintain the grounds, buildings and car parks, supporting construction and maintenance tasks across multiple locations.

The role involves outdoor work, using hand and power tools and occasional travel, with emphasis on safety and compliance. We welcome candidates with hands-on maintenance experience, a full UK driving licence, and a proactive, can-do attitude.

Qualifications

• Practical, hands-on experience within grounds maintenance, construction, facilities, maintenance or general labouring environments.
• Experience using basic hand and power tools safely.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to other locations when required.
• Fault finding experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, tidy and safe environment across the Depot grounds, buildings, entrances, walkways and car parks.
• Support the Construction Team at various locations; assist with general labouring, painting, restoration and maintenance projects.
• Work outdoors using hand and power tools and travel to other locations when required.
• Follow company policies, risk assessments and health & safety requirements to complete tasks safely and efficiently.
