Job summary

Falcon Tower Crane Services, part of the Falcon Group, is seeking a practical Depot Grounds & Maintenance Operative at the Shipdham Depot in Norfolk. You will maintain the grounds, buildings, entrances and car parks, supporting a safe and tidy site.

The role involves outdoor duties, using a range of hand and power tools, and occasional travel to other locations to support the Construction Team. Full UK driving licence required.

Comprehensive training and ongoing development are provided.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in grounds/maintenance or general labouring.
• Experience using basic hand and power tools safely.
• Good ability to keep a clean, safe working environment.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
• Fault finding experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, tidy, safe depot environment including grounds, buildings, walkways, and car parks.
• Support construction teams at various locations with labouring, painting, restoration and maintenance.
• Work outdoors with hand and power tools and travel when required.
• Ensure work is completed safely following policies and risk assessments.
