Job summary

Evri currently seeks a Depot General Manager for the Enfield Depot to drive overall performance and leadership of the management and operational teams. The role focuses on delivering service excellence, cost control, and continuous improvement to meet financial targets.

You will own the depot's performance, use data to identify opportunities, and collaborate with stakeholders to sustain a high-performing operation. This is a full-time, permanent leadership position at Enfield.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large operational teams
• Proven track record in budget planning and cost control
• Strong understanding of service, cost, productivity and KPIs
• Ability to use data to drive performance improvements
• Proficient with MS Office and reporting tools

• Lead overall depot operation with direction to management and operations teams

• Manage depot budgets and maintain financial control
