Qualifications
- CAP registered/minimum of 5 years experience in powered access
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Experience with named access machines (Niftylift, Skyjack, Genie, Haulotte, JLG)
- Experience estimating repairs with attention to detail
- Ability to read electrical/hydraulic drawings
- Responsibility to keep fleet compliant and hire-ready
- Ability to lead and prioritise a team daily
- Support ESG Strategy delivery
Responsibilities
- Supervise the Service Engineers daily
- Oversee repairs, refurbishment and maintenance of powered access fleet
- Ensure safe and efficient service to customers
- Provide technical assistance and team support
