Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role within the equipment hire or power generation industry.
• Engineering background in plant and diesel engine maintenance; detailed knowledge of generators preferred.
• Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory standards.

• Lead and manage the Engineering department ensuring compliance with standards.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide training for team members.
• Oversee daily operations including stock control and logistics.
