Job summary

Responsibilities

• Deliver repairs and overhauls on time, to specification and budget.
• Enforce safety and quality standards across all activities.
• Own equipment upkeep and preparedness — perform total maintenance tasks, manage preventative schedules, and ensure required tools are available.
• Maintain materials and failure documentation — control stock levels of consumables/parts, record component failures, and produce clear fault and repair reports with recommended corrective actions.
• Support and grow the team — provide hands-on assistance, mentor and train service crew members, and contribute to continuous improvement to maximise equipment reliability.
