Job summary

Clark Resourcing Solutions Ltd is seeking a Depot Engineer to service, maintain and repair a fleet of telehandlers and heavy plant equipment, ensuring they are kept in hire-ready condition. You will perform inspections, fault finding and diagnostics, plus breakdown repairs.

The role is Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with a competitive salary to £37k and benefits. A UK driving licence and NVQ3 in Plant or related field are preferred, with ongoing training provided.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing telehandlers or heavy plant equipment.
• NVQ Level 3 in Plant, HGV, Agricultural or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Team player with proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain and repair telehandlers and heavy plant equipment.

Salary: 34k - 37k basic

Monday–Friday 40 hours basic| No Weekends

Depot Engineer role:

• Service, maintain and repair a fleet of telehandlers and heavy plant equipment.
• Carry out inspections, fault finding, diagnostics and breakdown repairs.
• Complete PDI checks and routine maintenance.
• Maintain accurate service records.
• Work closely with the wider team to ensure equipment is kept safe, reliable and ready for hire.

Depot Engineer requirements:

• Experience servicing and repairing telehandlers, construction plant or heavy equipment is highly desired to be considered.
• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Plant, HGV, Agricultural or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• A team player with a proactive approach.
