Job summary
GAP Group is seeking a Labourer/Driver to join GAP Pump & Power Services Division. The role involves keeping the depot clean, ensuring equipment is checked and maintained, and facilitating the timely delivery and collection of Pump & Power equipment to customers.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar environment, a full driving licence, and a focus on health and safety. Forklift licence is a bonus. GAP Group offers an employee-friendly culture with opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a hire depot or yard environment.
- Forklift licence would be highly beneficial
- Understanding of Health & Safety protocols and ability to follow guidelines in the workplace
- Excellent customer service skills and strong attention to detail
- Full driving licence is essential
Responsibilities
- Keep all areas of the depot clean and tidy on a day-to-day basis.
- Ensure equipment leaving the depot is checked and maintained to high standards.
- Deliver and collect Pump & Power Equipment to and from GAP Group customers in a timely, professional manner.
