EMR in the UK is seeking a proactive Depot Coordinator to support depot staff, management, customers and suppliers across multiple sites. You will bring strong organisation, tenacity and a team‑player attitude to keep operations running smoothly.
Working hours are 7:00am to 16:30pm. You will be the main contact for contractors and suppliers, liaise with internal operations, cover the weighbridge when needed and maintain records, reports and training plans.

As an Depot Coordinator you will build on your exceptional skills and be supported every step of the way in developing a solid foundation of knowledge and expertise of the company and the industry.
Act as main point of contact for all contractors/suppliers and build and maintain relationships with these to be able to instruct the contacts accordingly.
You’re organised, proactive, and have a strong can-do attitude. You work well as part of a team, enjoy being hands-on, and have good customer service and communication skills. You’re comfortable working in a busy depot environment, coordinating day-to-day activities, and supporting smooth operations.
