Testing Site - JPMC is seeking an experienced associate project manager to lead the re-platforming of our core accounting platform within the IPB. You will own end-to-end delivery, build detailed plans, and coordinate delivery across Asia and Geneva.

You will translate business requirements into JIRA stories, run workshops, manage backlog, and oversee testing strategies, QA coordination, and regulatory alignment.

Formación

• Proven track record delivering large-scale platform re-platforming or transformation projects.
• Strong expertise in JIRA story writing, requirements gathering, and backlog management.
• Hands-on experience with testing methodologies and tools.
• Understanding of banking, deposits, and accounting processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of the accounting re-platforming initiative.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration between technology, product, and business teams across Asia and Geneva.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and escalate when needed.
• Translate business requirements into clear JIRA stories and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate requirements workshops and maintain a groomed product backlog.
• Define and execute comprehensive test strategies and coordinate with QA teams.
