Deployment Manager – Pharmaceuticals – Leeds

Responsibilities
- Managing all existing accounts across the assigned locations, providing face-to-face support and training.
- Generating interest in upselling to current and new Trusts across the region through showcasing our products.
- Plan and execute pre-sale and post-sales activities as well as providing on-going sales support.
- Liaising with key personnel within Trusts to follow up on procurement queries and outstanding documentation.
- Proactively monitor customers usage, identifying and resolving any barriers that may be restricting the use of any of the clients’ products or services.
- Ensuring robust procedures are being followed for business support activities.
- Provide assistance to users and liaise with other teams to ensure any technical issues with the products are addressed.
- Supporting the Head of Commercial, the Deployment Manager Lead and Sales Lead with national and international business functions, arranging meetings, training, and chasing documentation from prospective clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a life science / healthcare or business-related subject, or equivalent experience.
- Full UK driver’s license with own transport.
- IT literacy with good knowledge of Microsoft Suite Applications.
- Previous experience working within a clinical setting.
- Previous success in a sales or account manager role.
- Software deployment and training experience
- Understanding of DTAC, DPIA, data protection, and GDPR regulations
- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Willing to work flexibly to meet customer’s needs where necessary.
- Comfortable working in high-pressured environments and witnessing live medical procedures.
