Job summary

Rillet is seeking a proactive Deployment Lead to guide customer onboarding and successful deployment of the Rillet platform. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to translate client accounting needs into practical ERP solutions.

Ideal candidates have a strong accounting foundation and experience with financial close, reconciliations, and revenue recognition, plus excellent communication with senior stakeholders in fast-paced tech environments.

Qualifications

• Meaningful experience in accounting, audit, advisory, finance transformation, or a related customer-facing role.
• Familiarity with UK GAAP and IFRS.
• Excellent communication skills with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and deployment of customers to ensure a smooth, timely implementation.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to execute plans and resolve issues quickly.
• Analyze client accounting workflows and translate needs into clear requirements and practical solutions.
• Guide customers through onboarding, training, change management, and adoption.
