Job summary

Rillet, the AI-native ERP for modern finance teams, is hiring a Solutions Consultant for the UK GTM team. You will help prospective customers evaluate Rillet as their ERP, working with Sales, Product, and leadership to tailor demonstrations and address accounting and technical questions.

You will contribute to shaping Rillet’s UK go-to-market motions, building foundational processes, and delivering high-empathy, structured problem-solving in every interaction.

Qualifications

Who We Need

We are building industry-defining accounting and finance software, and we’re looking for a Solutions Consultant to help Rillet enter its next phase of growth.

We’ve grown quickly and are expanding our GTM team to accelerate that trajectory. You’ll work closely with Sales, Product, and company leadership to help prospective customers evaluate Rillet as their next ERP.

As an early member of Rillet’s UK GTM team, you’ll be uniquely positioned to shape how we sell, test new approaches, and help build the foundation for Rillet’s go-to-market motion in the UK.

What You'll Do

• Remove technical and accounting objections. Play a key role throughout the sales cycle by helping prospective customers evaluate Rillet from both a technical and accounting perspective. You’ll understand their business requirements, accounting processes, and existing technology stack; explain how Rillet fits into their environment; and show how it can improve the way their finance team operates.

• Deliver tailored product demonstrations. Configure sandbox environments and tailor demonstrations around each prospect’s specific workflows and use cases. You’ll run high-impact demos, answer detailed questions in real time, and adapt your approach based on the customer’s priorities. You’ll act as a trusted consultant throughout the evaluation process.

• Become a product and domain expert. Develop a deep understanding of Rillet, accounting workflows, and the broader technology ecosystem used by modern finance teams. You’ll be able to answer the vast majority of product, accounting, and technical questions directly without needing to rely on the Product team.

• Execute with urgency. Work cross-functionally to provide front-line prospect feedback to Sales, Product, Engineering, and company leadership in near real time. Experiment with different demo approaches, contribute to thoughtful customer follow-ups, and help accelerate opportunities through the sales process.

• Represent Rillet. Be a trusted face of the company, bringing high customer empathy and structured problem-solving to every prospect interaction. You’ll engage with sophisticated finance and accounting leaders and continue to deepen your expertise in the domain.

Who We’re Looking For

• Strong professional experience in accounting, with exposure to areas such as revenue recognition, financial close, reconciliations, and multi-entity consolidation.

• Experience supporting customer evaluations, implementations, solutions consulting, or customer-facing work involving accounting or financial software.

• Strong understanding of the systems and technology used by modern finance and accounting teams.

• Familiarity with IFRS and/or UK GAAP and the ability to speak credibly with senior finance and accounting stakeholders.

• Excellent communicator who can make complex accounting and technical concepts easy to understand and communicate in a clear, conversational way.

• Comfortable moving between accounting, product, and technical conversations with different stakeholders.

• Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.

• Proactive, highly responsive, and comfortable taking ownership in an early-stage environment.

• ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent accounting qualification, or experience beginning your career in audit or accounting advisory, is a plus.
