Job summary

Focus Resourcing is seeking an experienced Assembly, Staging & Deployment Manager to lead a key operations function in the Cardiff area. You will oversee the assembly, refurbishment, staging and deployment of technology, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to high quality standards.

You will manage a team, plan workloads, monitor KPIs and drive process improvements, while safeguarding stock control and asset management.

Qualifications

• Experience leading operational or technical teams.
• Strong leadership and resource planning abilities.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Continuous improvement mindset.
• Experience in fast-paced, customer-focused environments.
• Knowledge of stock, asset or supply chain operations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and motivate the Assembly, Staging & Deployment team.
• Plan resources and workloads to meet customer deadlines.
• Monitor team performance through KPIs and operational reporting.
• Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
• Manage stock, asset control and operational compliance.
• Act as the main escalation point for operational and customer issues.
• Build strong relationships across Projects, Sales and Operations.
• Promote a positive health & safety culture and ensure compliance with company standards.
