Job summary

Focus Resourcing is seeking a capable leader to head the Assembly, Staging & Deployment team in the UK. You will plan resources, monitor KPIs, and act as the main escalation point for operational and customer issues, ensuring safe and compliant operations.

You will foster cross-functional relationships and drive continuous improvements to deliver on customer deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience managing operational or technical teams.
• Strong leadership and resource planning skills.
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
• A continuous improvement mindset.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Knowledge of stock, asset or supply chain operations is advantageous.
