Job summary

Focus Resourcing in Cardiff is seeking an experienced Operations Leader to head the Assembly, Staging & Deployment team, plan resources and meet customer deadlines.

You will monitor performance via KPIs, drive continuous improvement, manage stock and assets, and act as the main escalation point for issues.

The role offers a salary of 35k with healthcare, generous holiday, pension, and career progression opportunities.
