Job summary

Primark Corby is seeking an experienced Department Manager to lead a department, manage stock and merchandising, and help maximize sales through strong leadership.

You will collaborate with the store management team, deliver excellent customer service, and guide your team through our digital learning, apprenticeships and career pathways. This full-time permanent role offers 31 days of leave and a pension.

Salary: £37,817 (with 31 days annual leave & pension)

Contract: Full Time Permanent (5 days out of 7)

What You’ll Do
