Job summary

mydentist seeks a Treatment Coordinator for our busy St Neots dental practice at 3 Tebbutts Road, St Neots, PE19 1RJ. You’ll create and convert opportunities, helping patients understand private options and guiding their journey. A clinical background is desirable but not essential.

This is a full-time role (36–40 hours per week, Monday to Friday). The practice opens 8:00–18:00 with hours scheduled within. No home working; parking is available nearby, with events occasionally requiring

Qualifications

• Strong prospecting and sales conversion skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Comfortable using computer systems; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Attract and manage enquiries via digital marketing, social media, and events.
• Monitor and report on marketing performance.
• Support patients through their treatment journey.
• Promote private dental options and convert enquiries into sales.
