Howard Finley is recruiting for an experienced Dental Receptionist / Treatment Coordinator (TCO) to join a busy specialist dental practice in Central London. The role combines front-of-house duties with treatment planning support and a sales-minded approach.

You will manage front desk operations, coordinate patient journeys, present treatment plans, support practice growth through marketing and patient conversion, and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• Experience in a dental practice.
• Experience within a specialist dental setting.
• Strong understanding of treatment coordination.
• Confident communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest or experience in sales and marketing.
• Highly organised with a patient-first approach.
