• Deliver Full Scope Care - Work independently through Direct Access, providing prevention, periodontal therapy, and restorative treatments with autonomy and clinical freedom.
• Structured Induction & Training - Onboarding with guidance on compliance, record-keeping, and clinical decision-making.
• Clinical Mentorship & Support - Regular check-ins and mentorship from experienced clinicians.
• Continuous Growth - Protected learning time, CPD pathways, and clear career progression.
