Rodericks Dental Partners is recruiting a Direct Access Dental Therapist to join a 4-surgery practice located between Sheffield and Chesterfield. The role offers autonomy to deliver prevention, periodontal therapy and restorative treatments with expert mentorship and an emphasis on clinical independence.

Qualifications

• Direct Access Dental Therapist capable of delivering preventive and therapeutic care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Full Scope Care - work independently through Direct Access, providing prevention, periodontal therapy, and restorative treatments with autonomy.
• Participate in a structured induction and training program focusing on compliance, record-keeping and clinical decision‑making.
• Receive clinical mentorship and on-site support to develop professionally.
• Engage in continuous CPD and career progression within a clinically led team.
