Job summary

Rodericks Dental Partners’ Prime Dental Care in Rotherham invites a Direct Access Dental Therapist to join a busy multi-surgery practice. You will deliver full-scope care with autonomy and clinical freedom within a supportive team.

You’ll participate in a structured induction and on-site mentorship, with access to CPD pathways and clear career progression as you expand your scope and contribute to excellent patient care.

Qualifications

• Deliver full scope care within Direct Access, including prevention, periodontal therapy, and restorative treatments.
• Structured induction and training supporting compliance, communication, and record-keeping.
• Clinical mentorship with regular check-ins and expert guidance.
• Clear career progression and protected CPD time.

Responsibilities

• Deliver full-scope dental therapy with autonomy in a multi-surgery setting.
• Provide prevention, periodontal therapy, and restorative treatments within scope.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and adhere to clinical guidelines.
• Participate in structured induction and mentorship programs on site.
