Job summary

Bradford College is recruiting an enthusiastic Dental Skills Coach to support apprentices through the identified standard and prepare for EPA. The role focuses on one-to-one guidance, ensuring vocational knowledge and skills meet required standards, with a fixed-term arrangement for 12 months.

The successful candidate will manage a 40-apprentice caseload (minimum 35 on other projects), coordinate with employers, and assist in delivering functional skills in the workplace.

Qualifications

• Experience in assessing in workplace or classroom.
• Ability to engage and motivate learners with diverse abilities.
• Commitment to quality and learner progression.

Responsibilities

• Support a caseload of up to 40 apprentices.
• Guide apprentices through national standards and EPA preparation.
• Attend inductions and monitor progress with SMART targets.
• Record assessment decisions to meet awarding body requirements.
• Assist recruitment and contribute to internal quality assurance.
