Job summary

Dental Beauty Partners is seeking a friendly Dental Receptionist to join the IB4U Liverpool team on Sundays. This part-time role runs 9AM-6:30PM in central Liverpool, offering a supportive practice environment.

You will manage a high-quality reception, answer calls, schedule appointments in Dentally, collect payments, and ensure excellent patient care. Join a family-oriented practice with opportunities for development and full training.

Qualifications

• Ideally 1–2 years of experience as a Dental Receptionist.
• Background in front of house, customer service or medical coordination may be considered.
• Dentally software experience preferred but not essential.
• Ensure CQC requirements are met at all times.
• Experience in providing exceptional patient care/customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform a high-quality reception and administration service to ensure patient satisfaction and practice efficiency.
• Answer telephone calls and handle patient inquiries in a positive, efficient and friendly manner.
• Schedule patient appointments in Dentally and manage the clinical team diaries.
• Collect and record patient payments and pursue debts per the practice policy.

*Part-Time Position - Sundays 9AM-6:30PM*

Invisiblebraces4u (IB4U) are currently seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist to join us at our lovely practice, IB4U Liverpool. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant and family-orientated practice team in the central Liverpool area.

You will be joining a fantastic team of clinicians and wider support, led by our founders, who all work together in harmony to deliver a brilliant patient journey. The practice is very accessible via public transport, close to Liverpool James Street train station.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a high-quality reception and administration service to ensure patient satisfaction & maximum contribution to practice efficiency
• Answering the telephone and dealing with patient enquiries in a positive, efficient and friendly manner, with a focus on going the extra mile
• Schedule patient appointments in accordance & effectively managing the diaries of our clinical team; all through our software system, Dentally
• Collecting & recording patient payments and pursue any debts in accordance with the practice payments policy

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

• Ideally 1-2 years of experience as a Dental Receptionist, within a private or mixed practice
• However, if have no Dentistry experience, then a background within a front of house, customer service or medical coordinator role will also be considered
• Dentally software experience is preferred but not essential
• Ensuring CQC requirements are met at all times
• Experience in providing exceptional patient care/customer service
