Invisiblebraces4u (IB4U) Manchester is seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist for Sundays, 9:00 AM–6:30 PM, in a friendly, patient-focused practice. Join a supportive team led by founders and work in a central Manchester location accessible by public transport.

The role involves high-quality front-d desk duties, patient enquiries, appointment scheduling, and payments processing, with opportunities for development in a growing company.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of Dental Receptionist experience in private or mixed practices.
• Front-of-house or medical coordination experience also considered.
• Dentally software experience is preferred but not essential.
• Ensure CQC requirements are met at all times.
• Excellent patient care and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality reception and administration to support patient satisfaction and practice efficiency.
• Answer calls and handle patient enquiries in a friendly, proactive manner.
• Schedule patient appointments and manage diaries using the practice software.
• Collect and record payments and pursue debts per the payments policy.

*Part-Time Position - Sundays 9AM-6:30PM*
Invisiblebraces4u (IB4U) are currently seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist to join us at our lovely practice, IB4U Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant and family-orientated practice team in the central Manchester area.

You will be joining a fantastic team of clinicians and wider support, led by our founders, who all work together in harmony to deliver a brilliant patient journey. The practice is very accessible via public transport, close to Manchester Victoria train station.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a high-quality reception and administration service to ensure patient satisfaction & maximum contribution to practice efficiency
• Answering the telephone and dealing with patient enquiries in a positive, efficient and friendly manner, with a focus on going the extra mile
• Schedule patient appointments in accordance & effectively managing the diaries of our clinical team; all through our software system, Dentally
• Collecting & recording patient payments and pursue any debts in accordance with the practice payments policy

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

• Ideally 1-2 years of experience as a Dental Receptionist, within a private or mixed practice
• However, if have no Dentistry experience, then a background within a front of house, customer service or medical coordinator role will also be considered
• Dentally software experience is preferred but not essential
• Ensuring CQC requirements are met at all times
• Experience in providing exceptional patient care/customer service
