Job summary

Together Dental LTD is looking for a friendly Receptionist for our Wellingborough practice. You will be the first point of contact for patients, delivering a warm, professional welcome and assisting with appointments and information.

In this busy environment you will work closely with clinicians and administration teams to ensure smooth day-to-day running and a consistently excellent patient experience. This is a permanent role, 30.5 hours per week (Tue, Wed, Fri 8:00–18:00 and Sat 8:00–15:00).

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
• Manage appointments and maintain clinicians' diaries efficiently.
• Answer telephone calls and respond to email enquiries.
• Assist patients with bookings, queries, and general information.
• Maintain accurate patient records in line with GDPR and company policies.
• Process payments and manage daily financial transactions.
• Support the smooth day-to-day running of the reception area.
• Work collaboratively with the clinical and administrative teams to deliver an excellent patient experience.
• Carry out general administrative duties as required.
