Job description

We have an exciting opportunity to join us as an Implant Nurse and Treatment Coordinator.

You will support our implant services at our Allington and Yeovil Dental Clinics, delivering exceptional patient care from leading enquiries, stock management, delivery of treatment, managing the Clinician’s diary as well as nursing. You will be required to be in practice 3 x days per week - Tuesdays at Yeovil and Wednesdays at Allington, with 1 x day working from home. You will be required to nurse every other week.

About The Role

We are seeking an Implant Nurse and Treatment Coordinator to support our implant services at our Allington and Yeovil Dental Clinics. Your responsibilities will include providing exceptional patient care, managing enquiries, stock, treatment delivery, and the clinician’s diary, along with nursing duties. The role requires working 3 days per week: Tuesdays at Yeovil, Wednesdays at Allington, and one day from home. Nursing duties are every other week.

Main duties will include:

1. Being the runner nurse in surgery for all implant procedures
2. Working closely with practice teams to proactively manage the referral process
3. Scheduling, booking, and coordinating new and existing appointments, including follow-ups
4. Assisting patients with queries prior to treatment and supporting aftercare
5. Managing the ordering process of materials and ensuring equipment readiness
6. Being the point of contact for patients receiving specialist dental services and managing their journey

Hours: 4 days per week (32 hours)

About You

You will be GDC registered, fully immunized (Hep B), DBS checked, with the right to work in the UK, and willing to travel.
