Job summary

Dental Beauty Partners is seeking an experienced Practice Manager for our Kingston (KT1) mixed dental practice. The role leads a dedicated team and reports to the Partner, with a strong focus on patient safety, service quality and practice performance.

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary and supportive head office functions. You will drive income targets, manage the P&L, ensure CQC compliance, and develop staff through training and appraisals.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience as a Dental Practice Manager in private or mixed practice.
• Commercially savvy with ownership of P&L accounts.
• Experience leading a multi-disciplinary team to deliver patient experience.
• Dentally software experience preferred but not essential.
• Ensure CQC and other compliance requirements are met.
• Experience in delivering exceptional patient care and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth, compliant running of the dental practice with a focus on patient safety.
• Provide excellent service to patients and meet targets in line with strategy.
• Support and direct the team to enhance performance and knowledge.
• Drive income targets and monitor profit and loss.
• Lead KPI reviews and support clinicians to achieve targets.
• Resolve issues with head office support.
• Deliver staff training and conduct 1-1s and performance reviews.
