Dentalcare Group in Bath is seeking a CQC-registered Dental Practice Manager to lead a mixed NHS/Private practice. You will oversee governance, safety, and policy compliance while recruiting, rostering, and developing staff.

The role emphasizes team leadership, engagement, and delivering high-quality patient care. You will drive performance against budgets and KPIs, maintain strong relationships with associates, and ensure the practice offers an excellent patient experience within set opening

Here at Dentalcare Group, we are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate CQC Registered Dental Practice Manager to join our practice at Bath. We are a mixed NHS/Private practice who pride ourselves in putting our patients first and ensuring that we provide the best care.

About The Role

• Managing the clinical governance system and maintaining practice policies including Health & Safety
• Recruitment of support and clinical staff;
• Management of team to include: Rotas, Appraisals as well as inductions
• Promoting a team environment and culture that is committed to executing a first-class service to our patients
• Build productive relationships with associates, supporting strong engagement and retention through regular touch base sessions
• Ensure quality for our patients through full compliance with all internal and legislative requirements (e.g. Health and Safety, CQC, Clinical Governance, Company policy)
• Support and resolve any employee relations issues to a satisfactory conclusion
• Ensure that the practice is offering the best proposition through their opening hours
• Ensure each practice is building their reputation in their local area as the go to dental practice.
• You will work 40 hours per week, between the hours of 8am to 7pm, Monday to Saturday
• Pay negotiable depending on experience
